The Giving Tree
Parishioners purchase suggested Christmas gifts for needy families in our area.
Volunteers are needed to sort, wrap, and deliver gifts prior to Christmas.
St. Paul parishioners volunteer on the second Saturday of each month from noon to 4:30 p.m. at God’s Kitchen to help cook and serve dinner which is provided free to the homeless of the Grand Rapids area.
St. Paul’s Food Pantry (located on the west side of the property) serves about 35 to 45 families a month. Volunteers assist scheduled clients on Tuesday 2-4 p.m. and Thursday 3-5 p.m. (one month commitment).
This service is offered to the families of parishioners following a funeral Mass.
Volunteers are needed to donate food, provide set-up, serve, and clean up.
Parish representatives keep St. Paul’s parish family up-to-date on all events in our area. St. Paul the Apostle sponsors a Cradle Project (collecting items for infants). Volunteers welcome.
